Follow-Up Care: $250 (20 Minutes)
Standard of Care: To ensure safety and progress, patients are seen at least every 3 months.
I provide a monthly Superbill (detailed receipt). Most PPO insurance plans offer up to 60–80% reimbursement for out-of-network care. We’ll guide you on how to submit this to your insurance.
